Dr. Christiane Northrup got her first public appearance in January 2001, when Oprah featured one of her books ‘Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom’ on her show. She has gone onto publishing more amazing books and is changing the definition of ‘women’s health’ as we know it. See her here with Mama Gena.

Now what is more fascinating is what happened to her and her marriage right after that particular segment in her life after the Oprah appearance. In her raw interview with Crystal Andrus, on what she realized upon leaving her marriage, Dr. Northrup says ‘You don’t get what your ego wants, you get what’s best for you from the point of your soul.’…’I had to become the man I wanted to marry’. Wow, I was blown away! I mean how many of us continue to fight to make things change when we fail to realise that we need to become that change for things to improve. Our soul knows whats best for us and all we need to do is connect to it.

I recall and as many of you who have followed me continue to hear me speak of authenticity. You see we have that truth within us and that voice of our soul knows no fear, it only knows divine truth. Tap into it and you will see your life become… plainly. In the words of Crystal Andrus ‘You will find your extraordinary life when you find your extraordinary YOU’.
