Duality lies at the very core of humanity.
This is the truth. It is advocated in every institution and feared in our societies. The reality is one cannot exist without the other. We would not have courage if we didn’t know fear; nor honesty without deceit and definitely not love without hate. We strive so hard to resist that which may potentially bring us down-however, we continue to act in ways that go against our value systems. Look around you at the world that we have created and you will see what I mean.
Resisting our darker side is our greatest flaw.
You see the dark side exists in every one of us. You know when they say we all have skeletons in our closets-well, they are there for a reason 
. We construct barriers as we live and learn and our darker side takes on form.
