Second, it does take dedicated resources and a budget. Regardless if you are advertising or not, you will still need to be hosting your site and updating it regularly. Third, you must be honest, unique and compelling. You must be yourself, being raw is, in my mind, what leads you to success. And lastly, it is not for everyone. Maintain a pull marketing not a push marketing strategy.

So what is the approach Charles Orlando teaches?

Build the marketing strategy. What is your positioning? What message do you want to convey? What is your value proposition?

Build the guts. Create the pages, accounts, writing unique articles and posts and test it regularly. Create the brand, voice and tone. Decide on the frequency and type.

Identify key partners. Connect with them and create a mutually valuable partnership. This allows for increased credibility

And further the message, share the successes. Build a solid public relations approach.

Ray Higdon and his ‘Behemoth’ title

This is the reason why I am honored to be part of a team with members such as Ray Higdon, Erwin Mcken and Dave Wood. Ray Higdon shares inspirational and moving moments with Numis Network for its 2nd convention in Tampa, Florida. Ray Higdon is a no-fluff person and that is why he is where he is. He gets to it, he just simply makes it happen. True to team learning, I’m not about to keep it for myself.

Ray Higdon and the lessons he shared

-Stop comparing yourself. Allow other people’s success to inspire you not de-motivate you. ‘Everybody has a story, everyone goes their journey in their own personal way. You do not see the struggle, you see the instant and overnight success.’ Each and every one of us has a journey to follow, we have our own individual path. ‘If you can’t think of things to be grateful for, be grateful for what others have and all of a sudden you will start having more of that’. So focus on your own journey, we all have our own struggles, so focus on your goal.

-We all need accountability. Support, motivation and accountability cannot be under-estimated, it helps us achieve our goals. That is why finding the right team is imperative to your success. Humans are social animals, surround yourself by those who inspire you. When your subconscious is surrounded by success, beauty and positivity, your perception changes and soon enough your reality is unfolded into the life YOU want.

-This is a relationship-building business. You gotta be talking to people. This business cannot be built by sitting behind the computer all day. When you know that you deserve to be passing this great opportunity with others, your perspective on prospecting changes. In the words of Ray Higdon, ‘do not be selfish with your business’.

-Support the people in your life that are going for great things. That is huge. When you are more supportive, people will support you more. Send out positive energy into the world and you will be rewarded ten-fold. Small or big, maintain that beauty within your space.

-You deserve success as much as your loved-ones deserve success. You need to be spending more quality time with the people you love, you owe it to your loved-ones to be part of their lives, impacting them positively. ‘Be that inspiration to your family, team, leaders, yourself and your kids.’

-You are not alone. We have all gone through tough times, we all have stories but WE have the opportunity to change the outcome. ‘When you free up that past-the future opens up.’ (see my other post about HOLDING SPACE to understand how important that is).

-Be honest with yourself and with you team, have candor. When you are stepping outside your comfort zone, it WILL make you nervous-but do it anyway. ‘Go towards the tingle’-thats how you know you are on the right path. ‘Quiet that smallness’. You have power within you-you choose to tap into it. Once you overcome that challenge by getting out of your comfort zone, you are moving towards your greatness. We all deserve to be Behemoth. Never let that voice inside you tell you otherwise.

-Feel the abundance. That is very important. Once you understand the beauty of abundance, you move into the space of loving, caring and more importantly sharing. We are all connected to one another, all 7 Billion of us . How can we not love ourselves and help ourselves. Reach out to the next person and impact their lives by doing what you do best.

-Rise Up. Stand for the people that you know need help. It’s all about rising up and showing your greatness.

Multi level marketing has a new definition and its all because of the feminine touch.

Quite honestly, I couldn’t sit still when Erwin Mcken, 5 star Director, Numis Canada, hosted a power-packed call with the leading ladies of Numis. I mean does that get you pumped or does that get you pumped? It is time for us ladies, regardless of the company you are in, to show our faces in the multi level marketing industry.

Today is one of those days when I end up spending more time offline than I do online and it has been a great day. In the Network Marketing business, this freedom allows us to set our own schedule. But I had to share the words of wisdom from my 10 year-old and some nuggets from my 8-year old. So, if these guys can get it-what is holding YOU back.

Network Marketing Business and its impact on our family.

So if you know how to read between the lines, then you would have gotten it by now. This Network Marketing business has allowed both my husband and I the freedom to be able to:

The Fundamental Secrets to MLM success

Everybody wants the secret recipe or the magical formula to MLM success. What is it that makes the leaders in this industry successful while 97% fail miserably? Why does it seem to be so difficult and hard to imagine MLM success?

Well, here I am to tell you what I know to be true. We are focused on the wrong things. It’s that simple. When we first enter the Network Marketing industry we are more focused on recruiting our family, friends, neighbors and their dogs that we forget the true elements to MLM success.

My lovely friends, this is a business totally based on people. MLM success is right around the corner if you know how to master the skill of relationship building. However, before we get there, we need to posture ourselves as a leader. As the leader that WE would like to follow. A value-added leader. So don’t forget that we are in this to build an organization and teach people how to build their organization etc… -remember the concept of Leverage .

MLM Success and Building a Solid Foundation

If you are in this business to play the numbers game and to recruit 10 people a day then you are looking short-term. If you got the concept right and fully understood the term LEVERAGE, then you have MLM success. I don’t know about you, but I am in this to make a difference in people’s lives by showing them that the system has it all wrong. We are not in this to work until we turn 60 and retire when its too late. We are in this because at 36, my husband and I want to take our kids to visit the world first-hand. We are in this because we are driven by a bigger why. And, if you do not know what your biggest why is then you MUST watch this.

Those are our kids and we have made a promise to them and to ourselves to stay independent, be happy and make our dreams come true. My biggest drive is my mental, physical and financial independence. I enjoy the freedom I have to be as creative as I would like to be, to work from wherever I choose and to make the amount of money that I truly deserve.

I choose to retire early and to do that I am building an organization that is able to sustain itself as we grow. How? By focusing on every individual and empowering them to become the leaders that they deserve to be (back to changing the world ).

How do I do that? Well, I am glad you asked.

MLM Success and the Formula that Works

I enjoy meeting people and value every individual and respect the decisions made that has allowed them to be FREE. People I work with have chosen this industry because they have made a commitment to themselves and to those they love to live a better life. As a leader, it is my duty to be walking the talk. It is my honor to be an inspiration and to help them grow unconditionally as we continue to learn from each other. As a leader, it is my duty to deliver upon my promises.

So, when you begin to build your organization, remember to build a rapport with your prospect. Get to know them and understand their wants, needs and desires. You need to be relatable, you need to make them feel like they can do what you are doing. You need to be duplicatable. You need to be realistic, remember most people begin this business on a part-time basis so be sure to set realistic goals.

The company and products do not matter, it is the leadership that sets you apart.

Remember, people are believing in YOU when they join your business so be courteous to give them what they deserve-your time, leadership and support.
